Service Description

BALLET & PILATES 8 week Ballet & Pilates class where every week will focus on different skillsets & goals, learn the mechanics of your body, train & develop your core while toning your body and learning elegant & graceful ballet choreography. Ana is our in-house ballet specialist originally from Madrid where she received an honorable mention at the Cara Bdanza School. Ana has worked with prestigious dance companies in Europe and is now excelling at creating choreographies for kids and adults alike. the CURRICULUM : Week 1 : 28th September Core Strengthening, Ballet Positions & Barre Exercises Week 2 : 5th October Pilates mat warm up, plies, tandu, jetè & Lyrical choreo Week 3 : 12th October Pilates mat warm up, barre exercises, Tandus jetes on floor & Lyrical choreo Week 4 : 19th October Pilates mat warm up, barre exercises, Prep for pirouettes & Lyrical choreo. Week 5 : 26th October Pilates Mat Warm-UpStrength building, focus on the leg muscles & begin on small jumps. Week 6 : 2nd November Pilates Mat Warm -Up, Barre exercises, work on glissade and assembles & continue Lyrical choreo. Week 7 : 9th November Pilates Mat Warm -Up, All the barre and center exercises, grand jetè, Lyrical choreo. Week 8 : 16th November Pilates mat warm up 10 mins, all barre and center exercises, Lyrical choreo & solos.
